Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every item we make. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanges

Want a different size or variant? We're happy to exchange eligible items. Reach out to us within 14 days of delivery to start the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, custom or personalized orders are final sale. Wellness oils and opened consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we're not responsible for lost returns.

    We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

    Ship your item

    Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Include your order number inside the package.

    Refund or exchange processed

    Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
